Jerk Spiced Bloody Mary
A Jamaican twist on the bloody mary

Directions:
- Combine the juice, 1 tablespoon of jerk seasoning, celery salt, and Worcestershire sauce in a small microwave- safe pitcher. Microwave until bubbles begin to form around the edge of the pitcher, 2-3 minutes depending on your icrowave
- Remove from microwave and stir. Add the lime (or lemon) juice, hot pepper sauce, and rum.
- Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, usually a few hours.
Place remaining 1/2 cup jerk seasoning on a saucer. Moisten the edges of tall glasses with a lime wedge. Press the edge of each glass into the seasoning to create a spiced rim. - Add ice to each glass, then pour in the mix. Garnish each glass a lime wedge and celery stalk.
